FullSizeRendHer(As reported in the New Jersey Law Journal) Our client was driving down West Main Street in Freehold Borough and the defendant was headed the wrong way on Throckmorton Street.

The defendant’s vehicle crossed West Main Street without stopping and struck our client’s front driver’s side causing her to strike a third vehicle stopped at the intersection.

Our client sustained a torn meniscus in her left knee requiring surgery, a torn labrum in her left shoulder requiring surgery, and a two-level lumbar disc herniation requiring a discectomy procedure and later a fusion procedure with internal fixation.  In total our client underwent 14 surgeries.

The injuries our client suffered prevented her from returning to work as a school bus driver, and her suit claimed lost wages of $480,000.
